Michalis F. Spyropoulos

Senior Manager of Partnership and Communication at the Luxembourg Media and Digital Design Centre (LMDDC)

Michalis F. Spyropoulos serves as the senior manager of Partnership and Communication at the Luxembourg Media and Digital Design Centre (LMDDC). He graduated in Philosophy from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Paris-Saclay. The LMDDC is an Economic Interest Group established by the Ministries of Research and Higher Education and of Education, Children and Youth, as well as the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology. Operating as a "public startup" specialising in EdTech, the LMDDC's mission is to accelerate the adoption of digital learning technologies by training organisations. A key part of Michalis’ role is to represent the LMDDC, enhance its visibility, and disseminate its expertise. In 2024, he was selected as an expert for a European Commission Squad on the Future of Education, under the auspices of the European Digital Education Hub. With approximately 15 years of professional experience in academia, research, policy, and the corporate world, Michalis has developed extensive experience in tech-policy, innovation in learning, and regional and international cooperations.
